Roberto Martín assumed control of the family business with only 27 years of age; right after his father, Alberto, will retire in 2005. From very early age, Roberto began to get involved with the operation of the company, but it was not until 2002, once obtained his degree in Business Administration, that officially started working in the company. His appointment as Executive Director was like a breath of fresh air for the company, as his new modern and dynamic approaches have been a success in the family business.
